1.ヤマノのマカは体にやさしいマカ
ヤマノのマカには一般的な粉末の製造工程に加えて「ヘラティニサシオン」と呼ばれる瞬間的な高温、高圧加工を施しています。この工程を加えることでデンプンの分子の鎖が断ち切られ、胃腸でよりスムーズに吸収される体に優しいマカができるのです。マカの豊富な栄養をしっかりと吸収していただきたいというヤマノの願いから、この製造方法が採用されています。
弊社のマカは2時間の低熱焙煎(60℃)と更に1秒の高温・ 高圧加工によりバクテリア等をシャットアウトしています。また衛生面については工場出荷前の検査に加えて、国内到着後には日本の分析センターにて再度検査をしています。
